  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or couriers.

Returns & Refunds

  • All items are made to order and are non-returnable, except in cases of faulty or damaged goods.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
