Made-to-order items
All products sold on this site are made to order specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference.
Please check sizing information carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or faulty items
We will happily replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.
If there is an issue with your order:

Include clear photos showing the problem

Include your order number
Once reviewed and approved, we will:

Issue a replacement, or

Provide a full refund, at our discretion
You will not be required to return faulty items.
What is not eligible for return
We do not accept returns for:

Minor colour variation (due to screen or printing differences)

Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
